WASAC Development
WASAC Development is a government-owned private company under the WASAC Group. It is tasked with developing water and sanitation projects, with the primary mission of successfully implementing government-led initiatives that enhance water and sanitation infrastructure across Rwanda.

Resource Mobilization for Water and Sanitation Projects
Secure the financial and material resources necessary to fund the development, implementation, and maintenance of water and sanitation projects.
Projects Planning, Design, and Feasibility Studies
Ensure that water and sanitation projects are effectively planned, designed, and deemed feasible before implementation, ensuring their technical, economic, social, and environmental viability.
Projects Implementation
Implementation of water and sanitation infrastructure, including water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, water and sanitation networks and other related facilities.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Sustainability
Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the long-term sustainability of water and sanitation projects, ensuring that the benefits are maintained over time and that the infrastructure remains functional.
