WASAC Utility Ltd invites qualified and eligible companies to submit bids for the following four procurement opportunities, financed through its operational budget:
1. Supply of a Vacuum Sewer Truck
Acquisition of a vacuum sewer truck to support sewage emptying and sewer cleaning operations.
- Bid Security: 5,000,000 RWF.
- Submission Deadline: 15 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Bid Opening: 15 November 2026 at 10:30 AM.
2. Supply of Commercial Water Meters for New Customer Connections
Supply of commercial water meters required for new customer connections under a framework contract.
- Bid Security: 2,000,000 RWF.
- Submission Deadline: 16 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Bid Opening: 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM.
3. Supply of HDPE Pipes and Fittings (25mm–900mm)
Supply of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and fittings in various sizes, ranging from 25mm to 900mm, under a framework contract. The procurement is divided into two lots:
- Lot I: Bid Security of 2,080,000 RWF.
- Lot II: Bid Security of 4,200,000 RWF.
- Submission Deadline: 16 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Bid Opening: 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM.
4. Supply of Lubricants
Acquisition of lubricants under a framework contract to meet WASAC Utility Ltd's operational requirements.
- Bid Security: 500,000 RWF.
- Submission Deadline: 15 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.
- Bid Opening: 15 November 2026 at 10:30 AM.
Submission of Bids
Interested bidders may obtain the official bidding documents from WASAC Utility Ltd, Procurement and Supply Chain Function, upon presentation of proof of payment of the non-refundable tender document fee of 10,000 RWF per tender.
Payment should be made to Account No. 100009564367, held at Bank of Kigali (BK).
All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security issued by a bank or any other authorized financial institution.
Bids must be properly prepared, sealed, and submitted in three copies (one original and two copies) to WASAC Utility Ltd, KN4 Avenue, Centenary House, 1st Floor, Nyarugenge, Kigali, Rwanda, before the respective submission deadlines indicated above.
Late submissions will be rejected and returned unopened.
