The WASAC Group Ltd (hereinafter called "Client") funded by UNICEF towards the cost of Consultancy services for energy Audit for WASAC's water supply and sanitation infrastructure. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this request for proposal is issued.
