Modern Landfill Construction in Rusizi Set to Improve Sanitation

Cabinet Appoints New WASAC Group Board and Managing Director for WASAC Utility
Kigali, 22 December 2025. A Cabinet meeting chaired by His Excellency President Paul Kagame on Wednesday, 17th December 2025, approved the appointment of Maxime Mwiseneza as the Managing Director of WASAC Utility Ltd, replacing Jean Berchmans Bahige, who had been serving in an acting capacity.
